After-Sales Service
We provide standardized and comprehensive after-sales services to customers worldwide.
- Our customer service team will reply to all emails and messages within 2 working days.
- We accept returns, full refunds or partial refunds for confirmed product quality defects, incorrect shipment or missing items. Claims must be supported by valid photos, videos or other evidence.
- All products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty, which only applies to manufacturing defects. Damage caused by improper use, modification, transportation or human error is not covered by warranty.
Terms for OEM, ODM and customized orders shall be strictly subject to the written agreement confirmed by both parties. For OEM, ODM and customized products, no return or exchange is allowed for any non-quality related reasons.
