Customers may submit return or exchange requests within 7 calendar days upon receipt of goods. Requests submitted after the time limit will not be accepted.
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be unused, unmodified and intact, and must be returned with original packaging and complete accessories. We only accept returns or exchanges for confirmed product quality defects, incorrect shipment or missing items. Damage occurring during transit shall not be eligible for return or exchange, in accordance with international trade terms.

We offer EXW, FOB and DDP shipping terms for different products. All cost liabilities and risk allocation are defined as follows:
Only for confirmed product quality defects, incorrect shipment or missing items (excluding transit damage): We bear all expenses including return shipping, re-delivery shipping, customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees for both shipments. This rule applies to all products regardless of EXW, FOB or DDP terms.

EXW terms:
All risks and costs shall be fully borne by the buyer once goods leave our warehouse, including international transportation, customs declaration, duties, taxes and all related charges. Our liability is limited solely to confirmed damage caused by our improper packaging before shipment. We shall not be responsible for any damage, loss or delay occurring during transit.
FOB terms:
We are responsible for delivering goods to the designated port of shipment and completing export customs clearance. All risks and costs are transferred to the buyer once goods are loaded on board at the port of shipment, including main carriage, insurance, import customs clearance, duties, taxes, destination fees, as well as all damage, loss or delay during transit. This rule applies to both initial delivery and return/exchange shipments caused by the customer.
DDP terms:
DDP service only covers the initial delivery from our warehouse to your designated address, including relevant duties and taxes for the first shipment. DDP does not apply to any return, exchange or re-delivery caused by the customer. All associated fees, risks and transit damage shall be the full responsibility of the customer.
For all orders delivered to the Middle East and Africa, the customer shall be fully liable for all international shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees for return and re-delivery shipments, unless the return or exchange is caused by our confirmed fault (quality defect, incorrect shipment or missing items). Transit damage is not regarded as our liability.
After we receive, inspect and verify the returned goods, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment account within 3-7 working days. Refund arrival time depends on the payment provider and relevant bank processing. We reserve the right of final judgment for all return and refund applications.
